Before turning to real estate syndication, Jose got his start as an accomplished IT executive. Throughout his career he has developed and supported enterprise solutions for esteemed companies such as:

Back in 2000, Jose was the first employee hired for a startup. He excelled so quickly in the quality of his work and his ability to collaborate with others that by 2002 he became a partner for that same business. In the span of his career of over 20 years Jose led the successful implementation of over 300 projects. He’s gained valuable experience managing teams of software developers, designers, and business analysts.

Steeve has invested in over 2,000 apartment units and has diverse real estate experience. He has built a strong network of seasoned real estate professionals and trusted advisers.
His conservative approach and analytical skills enable him to clearly assess risk and invest wisely to maximize client returns while preserving their principal.
Steeve often speaks at national real estate conferences and has been interviewed on numerous podcasts. He has an MBA from Babson College’s Olin School of Business. He is also an active volunteer and board member for his local food pantry.
From IT to Commercial Real Estate
After experiencing such great success in software, Jose decided it was time for a new endeavor: commercial real estate. He was passionate about the prospect of turning apartment buildings in thriving economic areas into investments with strong returns. And he didn’t just want to do this for himself. He wanted to empower others to become investors right alongside him!
Many of the skills that Jose polished during his time in IT can be translated to commercial real estate. While in software, Jose built a reputation for impeccable leadership, a skill that is essential to commercial real estate investments. Being in technology also taught Jose to analyze any factors to make the best decision, just like he does now when assessing investment opportunities.
The enterprise solutions that Jose contributed to were large, complex, and high-performing. The creativity and problem-solving abilities he put into creating these solutions is the same creativity and problem-solving skills that will make his investments so successful.
